3 family members have lost weight with this. Personally, I exercise, and eat well (but I’m not an extreme health nut). I took them because I had reached a point where I wasn’t losing anymore weight with diet and exercise alone and so I gave this a shot. I went from 138 to 133, and now I’m at 129. It definitely helped me get off that “plateau” that people encounter when exercising and dieting. The only negative I could find was the constipation. It’s not as drastic as someone up previously stated, although you might have to wait a week for your bowels to start moving normally again but it’s worth the added weight loss I think.

I took these pills for about a month an a half and lost 11 lbs. I wasn’t exactly OVER weight. I’m 5’3? and was at 123lbs and I went down to 112lbs. I was also exercising 4-5 days a week doing 30mins of cardio and 45mins of light weight training. I don’t advice anyone to take these pills without changing your diet or exercise plan, because you will gain all the weight back as soon as you go off of them. These pills will reduce if not eliminate your hunger and cravings. I was NEVER hungry and my usual cravings for sweets were gone. So basically I just used this pill as an aide. My friend lost 20lbs on it, but she didnt exercise or changed her diet, and therefore gained all of it back within 3 months after getting off of them.

I’ve been on fruta planta for exactly 8days. I started off at 175.5 and this morning I weighed in at 168.2. However, from Saturday morning until this morning my weight stayed the same. The four days were great. I was loosing almost 1.5lbs every morning but by the fifth day it stalled. My personal opinion is that it does work but like everything else, you get use to it after a while. Even though I still continue to take it without more weight loss, I still eat very little and drink more fluids than usual.

I been on this for a year and I was 184 i am now 166, it was a healthy loss not drastic and it has stayed off , my diet isnt great i try to watch what i eat and i go to the gym 5 days a week doing the classes. recently i started doing 2 classes in a day 2x a week because i was at a stand still then it started coming off. the only problem i have is I cant sleep sometimes at night (not all the time) but when I cant i take a tynelol pm (1) and i sleep fine and on wkends i sometime dont take the fruta planta at all. I have tried several weightloss products, and this is the only one that has worked. I was not hungry and food did not have the appeal that it once did. (For me, not being hungry, doesn't mean I don't eat!) But this pill took care of both the hunger and desire. Also, it gave me a lot of energy.The worst side effect is the dry mouth. If you decide to use this product, I cannot stress enough that you need to also make sure you prepare to treat the dry mouth. (Not only is it uncomfortable, but it causes tooth decay if it is frequent and untreated.) Suggestions: Buy Biotene toothpaste and mouth wash for dry mouth to protect your teeth; Floss of course; Use mouth sprays/gels for dry mouth (Biotene or Oasis); Chew on sugarless gum or candy; Drink lots of water; Limit caffeine & alcohol. I have lost about 15 lbs in just over a month. (I was 135 lbs and am now 119 lbs.) Also, it is important to note that I have also been exercising over that time. The added energy and waking up early helped me stay on track with the exercising. Now that I am not taking the pill, I'm still doing well. 30 days of exercising and eating less was enough to become a habit for me. My appetite is smaller, and my exercise routine is just a part of my morning schedule now.

I have been using Fruta Planta for a little over 60 days and I absolutely LOVE IT! I have taken Phentermine in the past with failed results and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I was given a prescription of Metformin 1000mg to help break down the insulin in my body because of the PCOS. My Doctor told me I would start to lose weight with the Metformin. I have been taking these pills for 3 months and have lost 30lbs so far!I was skeptical at the beginning because I didn’t lose any weight the first two weeks but the company told me that some people take longer to start dropping weight although I did notice that I was losing inches. I lost 9lbs after my second week and it’s been constant ever since.

I’m really excited with my pills because I know they are the real ones and when I ordered from this company they sent me a guide and they keep sending me updates on what to do if I hit a plateau! The customer service is the best part of the process and they answer all my questions and concerns!

I had originally bought them in February of this year through another website and they were FAKE! I tried again in April because my friend referred me to this website. I'm glad I found you guys! Thanks!

I am impressed with the comments I have heard from friends here in Ft Lauderdale regarding La Moda de Miami and the fantastic results they have obtained using the products you represent. They claim customer's representatives are very prompt when returning inquiries, they are very knowledgeable,professionaland extremely polite. I personally called your office, as I was concerned that Fruta Blanca might interfere with my medications, particularly since I take Coumadin, a contraversial medication that interferes with almost everything from vitamins to herbal and natural remedies and even fruit or juices containing cranberries. I love fresh fruits and particularly cranberries. The imnmediate response from the rep. was clear and easy to understand. She indicated that La Moda de Miami in no way endorses or recommends any product that the customer has not discuss with their physician prior to using them. She was knowledgeable in describing that Coumadin is a blood thinner used by patients with heart ailments such as attrial fribulation,a condition when the heart beats are irregular, or commonly referred to as abnormal heart beating. These "skips" can be detected by an EKG and heard thru an stethoscope. By thinning the blood, the heart does not have to work as hard while transporting the blood through our body and at the same time avoiding the possible formation of blood clots. The physician that found the heart "skipping" didn't explain all of the above, he simply told me you have atrial fibrulation and we need to regulate your blood circulation with a blood thinner. You need to go on a diet that does not include green vegetables and vitamin K. Your rep. gave me detailed information, that helped me understand my AFib (a medical terminology referring to atrial fibrulation.) She added that Fruta Blanca does not contain vitamin K, nevertheless, I should contact my physician before I took it. I was very pleased with her explanations and at no time did she "push" me to buy anything. I thank you for the information I was given and the professionalism used in helping customers.
